Blue Silver Angelfish

The Blue Silver Angelfish (Pterophyllum sp.) is a selectively bred freshwater cichlid distinguished by its silvery base coat overlaid with a luminous powder-blue metallic finish. Young fish resemble standard silver angels, but mature specimens display rich blue coloration and prominent dark vertical bands that shift with the fish's emotional state.
